Breakfast Sushi

Updated: Sep 1, 2020

Spice up your breakfast with this affordable, fun, & tasty treat!

This is the PERFECT recipe to spice up your weekend breakfasts or after school snacks (especially if you have kids)! It's also a great opportunity to get your children involved in cooking and working hands on to prepare their own meals.

The best part? This is classified as a sweet treat BUT it's also nutritionally dense with all natural sugars + a little bit of fun with the fruity pebble coat!

Serves: 1 - 2

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt

  • ¼ cup Fruity Pebbles Cereal

  • 4 Blackberries

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana.

  2. Using a butter knife, spread a layer of Greek yogurt on the outside surface of the banana.

  3. Place your Fruity Pebbles in a shallow dish. Roll your banana in the Fruity Pebbles, until fully coated. You can use a spoon here to help fully cover the banana

  4. Place the banana flat on a plate or cutting board. Slice into "sushi" sized pieces. Arrange and top with blackberries.

  5. Serve & Enjoy!
