Apple Crisp is one of those recipes that a lot of people have in their personal recipe book. I had a few recipes from family members and family friends but didn't love any of them. So I went rouge and made my own from scratch!
I loved the “sauce” that the apples get coated in before the crumble topping goes on them. It's a mix of vanilla, sugar and cinnamon that coats the apples perfectly!
Apple Crisp Tips
If you are serving a crowd, this recipe can easily be doubled and cooked in a 9×13” pan.
Make sure the apples are soft under the topping for full flavor!
Rotate the pan halfway through for an even bake
